• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details during registration.
• You must verify your email address or mobile number to activate your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

Account Verification

Melbet Software may request additional identity verification at any time for security and legal compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

To register and use Melbet Software's services, you must be at least 18 years Users must meet the minimum age requirement. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

• If an account is created using a false age, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

Withdrawal Rules

• Processing time: 24 hours for standard members, 5–15 minutes for VIP members.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests will not be processed without additional verification.

Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Melbet Software, please read the specific rules for each event carefully. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed in the system, it is considered final.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Melbet Software reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If one part of an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining parts.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. If the odds shift after you submit a bet, the bet may be accepted at the updated odds. In that case, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Melbet Software offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is applicable once only — one per member, household, or IP address.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirements.
• Bonus validity typically starts from the date of issue 30 days. Any bonus not used within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• The minimum odds for bets placed with bonus funds are generally 1.5 or higher.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Melbet Software. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using software or bots to place bets automatically.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other illegal activity.
• Placing bets using third-party funds or engaging in money laundering.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform.
